Visiting Prato

Walking through the old town there are the museums of Mural Painting which was staged the exhibition Treasures of the City, the Municipal Gallery of the Alberti and it conserves important collections that reach the artistic season of the early twentieth century, the Center for the Arts Contemporary Art "Luigi Pecci" which organizes exhibitions and demonstrations of the most famous artists of the museum and Tissue expression of the textile history of the city, which preserved valuable fragments of tissue from the Middle Ages to the present and the fabrics with which they were dressed the Pope and Cardinals in ceremonies for the 2000 Jubilee.
